Shipping Policy

Ruhi Ana ships orders to selected countries shown at checkout. Shipping availability, cost, and estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination, product, and delivery service available for your order.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated delivery times

• United Kingdom: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
• United Arab Emirates and GCC, including Bahrain: 7-15 business days after dispatch.
• Europe, including Norway: 7-15 business days after dispatch.
• United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 8-18 business days after dispatch.
• Other available destinations: 10-20 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, local holidays, weather, or events outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send tracking information to the email address used at checkout where tracking is available.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Ruhi Ana and are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect address
