Return and Refund Policy

We want customers to receive products as described. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at contact@ruhiana.com so we can review it and help with the next step.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn where applicable, in the same condition that you received it, with tags and original packaging where supplied. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email contact@ruhiana.com with your order number and the reason for return. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund, or further return instructions.

Non-returnable items

Some items may not be returnable for hygiene, safety, customisation, or legal reasons. This may include used personal items, custom products, perishable goods, gift cards, and items clearly marked as final sale where permitted by law.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, contact us first. The fastest solution may be to return the original item after approval and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.

Legal cancellation rights

Where local consumer law gives you additional cancellation or return rights, those rights are not limited by this policy.
